Establece la divisi\u00f3n de poderes con sus alcances, a la vez que garantiza derechos y libertades.<\/p>\n<p>La Rep\u00fablica del Paraguay se rige bajo la Constituci\u00f3n de 1992, que es la cuarta del pa\u00eds desde su independencia de Espa\u00f1a en 1811.<\/p>\n<p>La Constituci\u00f3n Nacional de la Rep\u00fablica del Paraguay establece que el Paraguay se constituye en Estado social de derecho, unitario, indivisible, y descentralizado en la forma que se establecen esta Constituci\u00f3n y las leyes.
